Method:

Bring stock to the boil, add wine and sesame oil.
Add soy sauce to individual taste.

Season beaten
eggs with half teaspoon salt, pour slowly into the
boiling soup. Stir once or twice.

Serve at once,
sprinkled with chopped spring onions.
