Asian Recipes - Indonesian Pandan Chiffon Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 180 g flour

  • 175 g-sugar

  • 50 cc pandan juice

  • 100 g coconut milk

  • 50 cc com on

  • 6 egg white

  • 5 egg yolk

  • 1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Serves 4


Method:

  1. Egg white and half the amount of sugar, cream of tartar well whisked together.

  2. Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly. Fold 1 into 2.

  3. Bake in un-greased chiffon tin, 180C.
