Asian Recipes - Indonesian Pandan Chiffon Cake Recipe
Ingredients
180 g flour
175 g-sugar
50 cc pandan juice
100 g coconut milk
50 cc com on
6 egg white
5 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Serves 4
Method:
Egg white and half the amount of sugar, cream of tartar well whisked together.
Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly. Fold 1 into 2.
Bake in un-greased chiffon tin, 180C.
