Ingredients
Serves 4
Method:
-
Peel the oranges and cu tout skin
free segments. Cut
each segment into three pieces.

Cut figs, dates,
prunes, apricots and ginger into pieces.

Mix fruit
and chopped nuts in a bowl.

Boil the sugar and water
with the cloves for
a few minutes, add the liqueur and pour over the fruit
salad. Allow to stand in a cold place for a few hours.

Pour the orange juice into a shallow dish, place it
in the freezer and leave until half frozen (about an
hour). Remove from freezer and stir with a fork.

Beat
the egg whites until stiff and add sugar beating
constantly. Mix the egg whites carefully into the orange
mixture and freeze until ready. Stir a few times during
freezing.

Divide the fruit salad between individual
plates, spoon out the orange water, ice and garnish with
chopped nuts.
