Singaporean Three Green Noodles Recipe
Ingredients

600g fresh noodles
-
600g Ksi Choy,
Kangkong and Chinese cabbage, mixed
-
2 tbsp light soy
sauce
-
6 tbsp oyster
sauce
-
Salt and pepper to
taste
-
2 tbsp Chinese
rice wine
-
300g roast pork
pieces
-
2 pig's kidneys,
sliced
-
4 pieces chicken
livers, sliced
-
2 tbsp sesame oil
-
2 tsp corn flour
-
1/2 metric cup
water
-
4 slices young
ginger root
-
4 cloves crushed
garlic
-
2 tbsp com oil
-
2 tbsp frozen peas
-
1 red chili-sliced
Serves 4
Method:
-
Cut the green
vegetables into 2 cm lengths, discarding coarse
stems.
-
Heat the corn oil
in a wok. Fry the garlic and ginger.
-
Stir in liver and kidney. Mix the
corn flour with water.
-
Stir in quickly all the other
ingredients and the corn flour mixture. Do not
overcook the vegetables.
-
Toss in the noodles and stir fry
rapidly until noodles are not and the sauce is
distributed well. Serve immediately.
