Ingredients

150 g mint leaves
-
1 tsp sugar
-
1 slice ginger
-
pinch pepper powder
-
2 tbsp vinegar
-
salt
-
1/2 chopped onion
-
2 tsp desiccated
coconut
Serves 4
Method:
-
Wash, and clean mint
leaves.
-
Place in blender, or liquidizer, all
ingredients and blend until smooth.
-
Season.
Place in a serving dish and sprinkle desiccated
coconut over the top.
