Ingredients
Serves 4
Method:
-
Chop the onions and green
chilies. Peel and cut
potatoes into convenient
sizes.

Heat oil till very hot add the onions, curry
leaves and cinnamon.
-
When the onions are light
brown, add the potatoes and salt and fry lightly for
5-7 minutes.
-
Add the curry powders and keep
tossing for a minute or two.
-
Add the second
pressing of coconut milk and cook till potatoes are
soft.
-
Add first pressing coconut milk to thicken the
gravy.
