Asian Recipes - Thai Chicken in Pandan Leaves Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs

  • 80 g maggie seasoning

  • 90 g oyster sauce

  • 1/4 liter Chinese wine

  • 90 g sugar

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp pepper

Serves 4


Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes and mix thoroughly.

  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 7 hours.

  3. Wrap the chicken with pandan leaf and deep fry until cooked.
