Asian Recipes - Thai Chicken in Pandan Leaves Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg chicken thighs
80 g maggie seasoning
90 g oyster sauce
1/4 liter Chinese wine
90 g sugar
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
Serves 4
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes and mix thoroughly.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 7 hours.
Wrap the chicken with pandan leaf and deep fry until cooked.
