Ingredients

16 giant raw prawns
(shrimp), shelled with the tail section left
intact
-
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
-
60ml/4 tbsp sweet chili
sauce, for dipping
Serves 4
Method:
-
Using eight soaked bamboo skewers, thread each with
a prawn, then a lime wedge, then another prawn.
-
Brush the sweet chili sauce over. Grill until cooked
through.
-
Serve immediately with more chili sauce for
dipping.
