Ingredients

2 celery stalks, cut
into 1 in lengths

1 cup bean
sprouts

cups green
beans, cut into 1 in. lengths

1 cup shredded
Chinese cabbage

1/2 fresh coconut, grated

2 scallions, finely
chopped

1 tsp. sambal ulek or
2 dried red chilies, crumbled

1/2 tsp. blachan (dried
shrimp paste)

1 Tbs. lemon juice

Method:

Steam or boil the vegetables, separately, until they are
just cooked through. Set aside and keep hot.

Combine all
the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until they
are well blended.

Stir into the vegetables until all the
vegetable pieces are coated.
