Abalone in Cream Sauce
Recipe
Ingredients

3 abalones (canned)
-
2 bamboo shoots
-
1/2 cup (100 cc)
shelled lima beans
-
dash of salt
-
1/2 can champignons
-
3 tablespoon oil
-
1 cup (200 cc) milk
-
1/2 cup (100 cc) soup
stock
-
1 tablespoon cooking
wine
-
1/2 teaspoon sugar
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
dash of monosodium
glutamate (MSG)
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 servings
Method:
-
Thin slice abalone and bamboo shoot.
-
Remove inner skin from lima bean. Boil in salted
water until tender.
-
Heat oil. Fry bamboo shoot,
abalone and champignon. Add soup stock. Simmer.
-
Add
milk and seasoning. Thicken with cornstarch mixed
with water.
-
Add lima beans stir till well mix
and serve.
