Chinese Recipes - Braised Fish in Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4-5 slices white-meat fish
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 slices ginger
1/2 green onion
3 tbsp lard
For sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
dash of monosodium glutamate (MSG)
4 servings
Method:
Marinate fish in wine and soy sauce. Heat lard. Add chopped green onion and ginger. Add fish and fry till golden.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes and serve.
