Ingredients
Seasoning:
4 servings
Method:

Cover pork with water. Add onion, ginger. Boil for 1
hour.

Drain meat. Brush on soy sauce. Fry in 180° (370°F)
oil till golden.

Cut across grain into 5 mm (1/4
inch)
thick slices.

Arrange in bowl, fat side down. Add
all seasoning.

Steam for 2 hours. Drain liquid
into saucepan. Heat. Thicken
with starch.

Turn meat up-side-down on platter. Pour
on gravy. Serve while hot.
