Chinese Recipes - Chicken Puffs

Ingredients

6oz chicken meat,
finely minced
-
1 dessertspoonful
sesame oil or 1 tsp MSG
-
1 dessertspoonful
corn flour or tapioca flour
-
1 dessertspoonful
ground onions or garlic
-
10 to 15 patty
cases (obtainable at about 10 cents each)

2 tbsp cooking oil
-
salt and pepper to
taste
4 servings
Method:
-
Heat the frying
pan with cooking oil. Add chopped garlic or
onions and fry for about 3 minutes.

Add minced chicken
meat and fry for about 5 minutes, adding pepper
gradually.
-
Make a mixture of
tapioca flour or corn flour, a little water,
sesame oil or MSG. Mix well and add to frying
pan for about 3-5 minutes.

When the mixture
thickens, place a teaspoonful of the chicken
mixture into each patty case.
-
Top with a slice
of chili, parsley or green peas.
