Ingredients
Sauce:
4 servings
Method:

Cook chicken wings
in hot boiling water for about 15 minutes. Cut
wings into three (cut from the two joints hence
making three pieces). Debone the wings. Keep
aside.

Cut bamboo shoot
sand ham into thin strips. Stuffed wings with
little ham and bamboo shoots and put to steam
for about 20 minutes together with the well
mixed sauce.

After steaming,
place chicken wings on a serving plate and pour
the sauce to by adding corn flour to it.

Pour this sauce on
to the already prepared chicken wings. Boil some
water in pan and add in about 2 tbsp groundnut
oil or lard.

Put in choy sam
till cooked. Put choy sam around plate for
decoration.
