Ingredients
1/2 spring chicken
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1/2 stalk green onion
1 slice ginger
4 servings
Method:
Clean chicken. Bring quickly to boil in water.
Remove to bowl. Season with wine. Add cut green onion ginger.
Steam for 1 hour. Cool and cut in 2 cm (1 in) wide pieces.
