Method:

Wash and cut spinach into 4 cm (1.6
inch) pieces.

Slightly beat eggs. Soak clouds ears.

Bring soup to
boil. Add spinach and clouds ears. Bring to boil.

Add
salt, wine, soy sauce, MSG and pepper and cornstarch diluted with water.

Drop in eggs. Serve immediately.
