Ingredients
-
2 tbsp cooking oil
-
2-3 cubes
fermented white bean curd squares
-
100g pre-fried
gluten 100g pre-fried vegetarian bean curd
squares
-
400ml water
-
2 tbsp vegetarian
oyster or oyster sauce
-
1-2 tbsp light soy
sauce
-
50g black fungus,
softened
-
16 button
mushrooms
-
30g lily bulbs,
tied into knots
-
2 tsp corn flour
mixed with 1 tbsp water
-
8 small plants/pak
choy, leave whole and blanched
4 servings
Method:
-
In a frying pan,
heat oil and stir-fry fermented bean curd for 1
minute.

Add dried
mushrooms, cabbage and cauliflower. Fry for
about 3 minutes.

Add in the light
soy sauce, water and sugar.

Add in the
vegetarian oyster sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
-
Add in all
remaining ingredients. Stir-fry over high heat
until done; about 2-3 minutes. (add more water
if necessary). Serve hot.
