Ingredients

200 g (7oz) white meat
fish
-
1 teaspoon cooking wine
-
1 1/2 cups rice
-
10 cups (2,000 cc)
water

2 cm (1 inch) green onion
-
1 slice ginger
-
soy sauce for
seasoning
-
salt for seasoning
-
dash of pepper
-
dash of monosodium
glutamate
4 servings
Method:
-
Remove skin and bones from fish and thin slice. Sprinkle
with wine.

Place fish slices in large individual warm
bowl with soy sauce and minced ginger and onion.
-
Dish in
hot congee and season with salt, MSG
and pepper and serve.
