Ingredients
For sauce:
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 tablespoon
vinegar
-
1/2 cup (100 cc) soup
stock
-
dash of monosodium glutamate
(MSG)

1/2 tablespoon
cornstarch
4 servings
Method:
-
Thin slice fish, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Cut
green peppers into 8 sections.

Beat egg white slightly. Add
cornstarch. Dip fish in mixture. Deep fry until
just before color changes. Set aside.

Heat 2
tablespoons oil. Fry
vegetables. Add all sauce seasonings and soup stock.
-
Thicken
with cornstarch mixed with water. Add fish. Serve
hot.
