Chinese Recipes - Fried Crispy Young Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 600g young chicken (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp Chinese honey, use ordinary honey if not available

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

2 servings


Method:

  1. Clean chicken. Rub chicken inside and outside with fine salt.

  2. Melt Chinese honey with the vinegar in dish. When melted, bathe the chicken (using spoon) all over with these mixture.

  3. Hang the chicken in an airy place for about 10 hour or till the skin is dry and shining.

  4. Boil deep fat in frying pan and when hot put in the chicken and fry till golden brown and crispy.

  5. Cut young chicken into two and serve immediately.
