Ingredients

1/2 spring chicken
-
dash of ginger juice
-
1/2 stalk green
onion (cut)

2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1/2 tablespoon cooking
wine
-
4-5 tablespoons cornstarch
-
oil for frying
-
pepper salt and/or ketchup
4 servings
Method:
-
Chop
chicken into 3cm/1 1/4inch pieces. Marinate in
ginger juice, green onion, soy sauce and cooking
win.

Drain after 30 minutes. Roll in
cornstarch.

Deep fry in 180°/370°F oil. Serve with
pepper salt and or ketchup.
