Chinese Recipes - Hot Chinese Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
400 g (14 oz) Chinese cabbage
2 chili peppers (shred)
2 tablespoons oil
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
dash of monosodium glutamate (MSG)
4 servings
Method:
Cut white part of cabbage into 5cm X 5mm (2 X 1/4 inch) strips.
Heat oil. Add chili pepper and cabbage. Fry over high heat.
Add seasonings. Mix and serve cold.
