Ingredients

Method:

Chop or mince the
fish finely. Add salt, pepper, MSG, beaten egg
yolk, and corn flour. Stir well.

Form into small
balls. Fry in deep hot oil for 5-8 minutes.

Spread the fish
balls on leaves of lettuce.
-
Serve whilst hot
or cold with chili sauce or sweet and sour
sauce.
