Ingredients

6 prawns

tablespoon soy sauce

1/2
tablespoon cooking
wine

1 tablespoon ginger
(chopped)

1/2 stalk green onion (chopped)
-
1 tablespoon
garlic (chopped)

3 chili peppers
-
5-6
tablespoons oil
-
5 tablespoons ketchup
-
1 tablespoon sugar
-
1
1/2 teaspoons salt
-
1 tablespoon cooking
wine
-
dash of monosodium glutamate
(MSG)

Method:
-
Wash prawns. Cut off tail end to drain. Remove legs.

Slit backs. Remove black
veins. Cut each into 3 sections.
-
Marinate in soy
sauce and wine.
-
Heat 4-5 tablespoons oil. Fry prawns
till skin turns pink. Set aside.
-
Add remaining oil.
Fry ginger, green onion, garlic and peppers. Add
seasonings.
-
Return fried prawns to pan. Mix well.
Serve while hot.
