Ingredients

300g (10oz) string
beans
-
oil for frying
-
120 g (4 oz) chicken
breast meat
-
1 bamboo shoot
-
2 dried mushrooms
(soaked)
-
5 cm (2 inch) green onion
-
1 slice ginger
-
3 tablespoons oil
-
1 tablespoon cooking
wine
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
dash of monosodium
glutamate (MSG)

Method:
-
Wash and remove
stem from string beans. Drain. Heat
oil and fry until tender. Set aside.

Slice chicken,
mushroom, bamboo shoot in thin slices. Cut green
onion and ginger into small pieces:

Heat oil and
sauté green onion ginger and chicken. Add bamboo
shoots, mushrooms and string beans.
-
Mix in
seasonings. Lower heat. Cook until well seasoned.
