Ingredients

100 g (4 oz) bean
sprouts
-
100 g (4 oz) celery
-
1 carrot
-
3 dried mushrooms
-
1 bamboo shoot
-
5 cm (2 inch) green onion
-
1 slice ginger
-
2 green peppers
-
1 small bag
vermicelli (soaked)

100 g (4 oz) pork
-
1 teaspoon soy sauce
-
1 teaspoon cooking
wine
-
1 teaspoon cornstarch
-
6 tablespoons oil
-
1/2
teaspoon salt
-
2 1/2
tablespoons soy sauce
-
1/2
teaspoon sugar
-
1 tablespoon cooking
wine
-
dash of monosodium glutamate
(MSG)
4 servings
Method:
-
Remove ends from bean sprouts. Remove tough part
from celery. Soak mushroom and shred. Shred carrots,
bamboo shoot, green onion ginger and green peppers.

Shred pork. Marinate with soy sauce and wine and
sprinkle with cornstarch.

Heat oil and
sauté, adding
in order: green onion, ginger, meat, carrots, bamboo
shoot, mushroom, green peppers and bean sprouts.

Add seasonings and mix well. Add soaked vermicelli
and sauté together quickly. Serve while hot.
