Chinese Recipes - Sautéed Pork Liver Recipe
Ingredients
400 g (14 oz) pork liver
dash of ginger juice
1 tablespoon cooking wine
4 tablespoons cornstarch
oil for frying
1 onion (cut into 8 pieces)
1 clove garlic (slice)
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 servings
Method:
Soak liver in water. Drain well. Cut into bite size slices.
Season with wine and ginger. Mix in starch. Fry in 180° (370°F) oil.
Heat oil. Fry onion and garlic. Add liver. Add soy sauce and sugar. Mix and turn off heat.
