Method:

Shred pork, season
with cooking wine, soy sauce and mix in starch.

Heat 3
tablespoons oil. Quickly sauté green pepper, season
with salt. Set aside.

Heat remaining oil. Sauté onion, ginger and garlic.
Add meat and soy sauce, sugar, salt and MSG. Add green pepper. Mix.
Turn off heat.
