Sliced Beef with Snow Peas
Recipe
Ingredients

300 g (11 oz) beef
slices, bite size
-
1 tablespoon wine
-
2 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
-
dash ginger powder
-
1 tablespoon
cornstarch
-
100 g (3oz) snow peas
-
1/2
green onion, cut up
-
1 clove garlic, halved
-
5 tablespoons oil
-
1/2-1 teaspoon sugar
-
1 tablespoon
cooking wine
-
monosodium
glutamate (MSG) to taste
4 servings
Method:

Remove stem from snow peas. Fry in 2 tablespoons
oil. Remove. Set aside.

Season beef
with 1 tbsp wine, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, ginger
powder. Mix in starch.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Sauté onion, garlic and
beef. Stir quickly.

Add 2 tbsp
soy sauce, 1/2-1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cooking wine
and MSG.

Add
snow peas. Mix. Turn off heat.
