Ingredients

120 g (3.8oz) chicken
breast meat

dash of ginger juice
-
dash of cornstarch
-
dash of cooking wine
-
1 bamboo shoot
-
2 dried mushrooms
(soaked)

1 cucumber
-
1 slice ham
-
12 lima beans
-
6 cups (1200 cc) soup
stock
-
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
-
1 tablespoon cooking
wine
-
dash of monosodium glutamate
(MSG)

Method:
-
Slice chicken and season. Slice bamboo shoot,
cucumber, and mushroom. Cut ham into 8 sections.
Shell lima beans.

Bring soup to boil. Sprinkle
starch on seasoned chicken. Add chicken into soup
and stir to prevent sticking. Remove scum from soup
regularly.

Add bamboo shoot, mushroom, ham and
bring soup to boil. Add seasoning. Add cucumber.
