Ingredients

Method:
-
Clean fish. Cut with bone into 2 cm (1in) pieces.

Marinate for 3 hours in
soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, ginger juice,
and green onion.

Drain.
Deep fry fish in 180° (360°F) oil till golden.

Place
rock sugar on pan. Place fish on rack over pan.
Smoke in oven for 20 minutes.
