Ingredients

g (7 oz) chicken liver

200 g (7 oz) chicken gizzard

1 tablespoon cooking wine
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon cooking
wine

1/2 stalk green
onion (cut)

1 slice ginger
-
3 star aniseeds
-
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
-
1 teaspoon sugar
4 servings
Method:
-
Cover giblets with 1 tablespoon wine and water.
Bring to boil.

Drain and wash off scum.

Place in bowl. Mix
with soy sauce, cooking wine, green onion, ginger,
and star aniseeds.

Steam for 2 hours.
Add sesame oil and sugar.
-
Heat in pan till sauce
thickens. Slice and serve cold.
