Chinese Recipes - Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
-
1 1/2oz dried
small Chinese mushrooms
-
1/2lb lean pork,
finely minced
-
1 dessertspoonful
tapioca flour or corn flour
-
1 tsp MSG
-
salt and pepper to
taste
-
1 red chili, cut
into small strips
-
4oz chopped shrimp
meat
4 servings
Method:
-
Soak mushrooms in
warn water for 15 minutes, then remove the
stalks.
-
Mix well the
minced pork, shrimp meat, tapioca flour or corn
flour, salt, pepper and MSG.
-
Spread the mixture
on to each mushroom, then top each with a slice
of chili and parsley.
-
Steam the stuffed
mushrooms for 15 t0 20 minutes.
-
Place cocktail
sticks or toothpicks on to the stuffed
mushrooms.
