Chinese Recipes - Won Ton
Ingredients
Soup (Per serving):
-
1 cup (200 cc) water
or soup stock
-
dash of sesame oil
-
dash of monosodium
glutamate
(MSG)
-
thin egg pancake
-
toasted seaweed
(shredded)
-
green onion
4 servings
Method:
-
Mix green onion and ginger juice with ground pork.
Add seasonings and mix well.
-
Place filling in center
of skin. Wet 2 sides with fingers dipped in water.
Fold in triangle.
-
Wet two end corners and press
tightly to form a "ear" shaped Won Ton. Place in
boiling water. Bring to boil. Add cold water and
bring to boil again.
-
Serve Won Ton in hot soup in
individual bowls.
-
Garnish with shredded egg pancake,
seaweed and green onion.
