Pork and Tofu Dumplings
Ingredients
250 g pork mince
2 cups finely
shredded Chinese cabbage
1 cup bean
sprouts
4 finely chopped
spring onions
1 grated carrot
60 g chopped tofu
2 cloves crushed
garlic
2 teaspoons
grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons dry
sherry
1 tablespoon soy
sauce
1 teaspoon sesame
oil
Method:
Cook 250 g pork mince in a
little oil until browned. Add 2 cups finely shredded
Chinese
cabbage, 1 cup bean sprouts, 4 finely chopped spring
onions and 1 grated carrot. Stir over heat until
cabbage wilts.
Add 60 g
chopped tofu, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2
teaspoons grated fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons dry
sherry, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon
sesame oil. Mix well, cool, then make dumplings
as above pork dumpling method.
