Indian Basic Recipes - Mint and Cucumber Raita Recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup (25 g)
mint leaves

1/2 cup (25 g)
coriander leaves (cilantro)

1 baby cucumber,
diced
-
2 teaspoons
grated ginger
-
1 teaspoon minced
green chilies
-
1 cup (250 g) yogurt
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
Method:
-
Mince the mint
and coriander leaves and combine with the cucumber,
ginger and green chilies.

Whisk the yogurt in a
bowl, add the mint mixture, salt and pepper and mix
well. Serve as an accompaniment to any Indian meal.
