(Ayam Asam Pedas) Recipe
Ingredients

chicken (cut into 4
pieces)

1-inch (2.5-cm.)
piece laos/galangal (crushed)

1 stalk spring onion
(finely sliced)

salt to taste

1/2 cups water
-
juice of 1 jeruk
nipis/lime
Ground Ingredients:
Serves 2-3
Method:

Combine all
ingredients, except lime juice, in a saucepan. Cook
slowly till chicken is tender.

Stir in lime juice. Adjust seasoning. Remove from
heat.

Garnish and serve hot with boiled white
rice.
