Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng) Recipe

1/2 lb. (250 g.) large
prawns (deveined & fried)

2 eggs (made into
omelet,
rolled & shredded)

2 tablespoons fried onion flakes
-
1 large cucumber
(scored & sliced)
Serves 3-4
Method:
-
Heat oil. Stir-fry pounded mixture till golden.
-
Add meat and brown lightly, then add rice. Mix.
well.
-
Add salt to taste. Stir-fry till meat is
tender and rice is well-heated through.
-
Remove
from flame. Dish up and garnish. Serve hot.
