Savory Omelet
(Telurdadar Sedap) Recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
-
salt to taste
-
4 tablespoons
margarine
-
1 big onion (thinly sliced) 1 red
Chili
-
1 green chili seeded
& sliced slantwise
-
2 small half-ripe
tomatoes (thinly sliced)
Serves 4
Method:
-
Beat well the eggs
with salt and 1 tablespoon margarine.
-
Heat remaining
margarine in a large pan and fry the onion till
soft.
-
Add chilies, tomatoes and salt. Cook till
tomatoes are soft.
-
Pour egg-mixture over
tomato-mixture and stir a little. Cook on low heat
till set and lightly brown on the under side.
-
Turn omelet over and brown the other side.
-
Serve hot, cut in wedges.
