Ingredients

3 oz. (90 g.)
peanuts (fried and Skinned), pounded

2 oz. (60 g.) dried
chilies (fried),
pounded

teaspoons
sugar
-
1 1/4 cups hot water
& 1
1/4 dessertspoons tamarind paste (mixed & strained
to
extract juice)
Ground Ingredients:
Serves 4
Method:

Blend together all the ingredients to obtain a thick
consistency.
-
Adjust seasoning. Serve with steamed, boiled or raw
Sambal and Pickless or with green sour fruits.
