Asian Recipes - Indonesian Fried Bananas (Pisang Goreng Manis) Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb. (250 g.) ripe bananas (peeled & halved lengthwise )
margarine for shallow-frying
sugar/honey to serve
Serves 3-4
Method:
Melt margarine. Fry the banana-halves, a few at a time, till golden and cooked. Drain well.
Serve warm with sugar or honey.
