Pudding
(Pudding Jawa) Recipe
Ingredients

2 cups yellow tepung
hoenkue/green-pea flour

2 cups sugar
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
6 cups thick santan/thick
coconut milk

1lb (500 g.) tinned
sweet corn
Serves 6
Method:

Mix together the green-pea flour, sugar and
salt. Blend in coconut milk. Place in a heavy
saucepan or double-boiler.

Bring to the boil over medium
flame, stirring continuously.

Add com. Stir till very thick and bubbles begin
to burst on the surface. Remove from flame.

Immediately pour into a mould. Smoothen the surface
and allow to cool.

Chill. Cut as desired and
serve.
