1 tablespoon petis
(black crab paste)

2 tablespoons Sambal trasi
(refer recipe)

juice of 1 kaffir
lime (or normal lemon)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and stir well.
Note:
This sambal is served as a dip with fruit, for
instance mango or sour apples. It is also good with
blanched vegetables such as cabbage.
