Ingredients

• 1-2 doves garlic

• 1 teaspoon Sambal Ulek (refer recipe)

• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

• pinch of sugar

1. Peel the garlic and chop finely to make about 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic.
