Indonesian Recipes (Bali, Java) - Sambal Kecap Brambang Bawang Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 handful small green chilies

• 3 cloves garlic

• 3-4 red onions

• 1 tablespoon kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)

• juice of 1 lime

• pinch of salt

Method:

1. Chop the chilies into small pieces, peel the garlic and cut into thin slices, peel the onions and cut into thin rings.

2. Add the sweet soya sauce and lime juice and stir. Season with salt.
