(pickled vegetables,
such as piccalilli)

Sambal petis (refer recipe)

Method:

Cut the pickled vegetables into small pieces, add to
the Sambal petis and stir well.
Note:
This sambal is served as an accompaniment to steamed
rice and also with fried chicken or fish.
