Method:

Blend the ice
cream and powdered green tea together and freeze in
a plastic container. For an interesting variation,
serve green tea ice-cream with the sweetened red
beans.
Powdered Green Tea
(motcho) is readily available from Japanese food stores.
It is an essential ingredient when making green tea
ice-cream.
