Simple Tuna Sashimi
Ingredients
1 teaspoon wasabi
paste
Juice from 2
large limes
450 g (lib) fresh
tuna fillet, thinly sliced
75 g (lhcup)
grated daikon
4 tablespoons
Pickled Ginger (see above)
4 sprigs fresh coriander
leaves (cilantro)
Method:
To prepare the
dressing, mix the wasabi paste with the lime juice
and set aside.
To arrange the
sashimi, distribute the slices of tuna onto 4
individual serving plates. Garnish with a small
mound of the radish, topped with the Pickled Ginger.
Sprinkle the tuna with the fresh coriander leaves
and drizzle with the prepared dressing. Serve
immediately.
