Sushi Recipes - Simple Tuna Sashimi

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste

  • Juice from 2 large limes

  • 450 g (lib) fresh tuna fillet, thinly sliced

  • 75 g (lh cup) grated daikon

  • 4 tablespoons Pickled Ginger (see above)

    4 sprigs fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)


Method:

  1. To prepare the dressing, mix the wasabi paste with the lime juice and set aside.

  2. To arrange the sashimi, distribute the slices of tuna onto 4 individual serving plates. Garnish with a small mound of the radish, topped with the Pickled Ginger. Sprinkle the tuna with the fresh coriander leaves and drizzle with the prepared dressing. Serve immediately.
