Ocean Trout California Rolls
Ingredients

ocean trout
fillets

1 h cup pickled
Chinese olives vegetable

600 g (4 cups)
cooked Sushi Rice

4 sheets nori,
toasted

2 tablespoons
sliced capers
-
Dill cucumbers,
peeled and cut into thin strips

tablespoons
Homemade Japanese Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard
Method:

Cut the ocean
trout fillet into strips about 2 cm (3/4 in) thick.
-
Mix the olives
into the Sushi Rice.
-
Follow the
directions for making California Rolls,
using the dill cucumbers, mayonnaise and Dijon
mustard as a filling.
