Sushi Recipes - Ocean Trout California Rolls

Ingredients

  • 200 g (8 oz) ocean trout fillets

  • 1 h cup pickled Chinese olives vegetable

  • 600 g (4 cups) cooked Sushi Rice

  • 4 sheets nori, toasted

  • 2 tablespoons sliced capers

  • Dill cucumbers, peeled and cut into thin strips                   

  • 3 tablespoons Homemade Japanese Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


Method:

  1. Cut the ocean trout fillet into strips about 2 cm (3/4 in) thick.

  2. Mix the olives into the Sushi Rice.

  3. Follow the directions for making California Rolls, using the dill cucumbers, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard as a filling.
