Asian Salad Recipes - Malaysian Fruit and Yogurt Salad (Mava Raitha) Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 small pot of plain yoghurt

  • 85g (3oz) green seedless grapes, halved

  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced

  • 60g (2oz) walnuts, roughly pounded

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • salt

  • paprika, to garnish

Serves 4


Method

  1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl and mix in all the remaining ingredients with salt to taste.

  2. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
